Understand the script
Organize a story into workable sections, meaningful beats, and scenes worth illustrating.
A workspace for creators turning long scripts into compelling videos. MasterTools is being built to connect story structure, character continuity, and visual planning in one manageable flow.
ILLUSTRATIVE INTERFACE · NOT A LIVE PRODUCT SCREENSHOT
THE PROBLEM BEHIND THE PROJECT
A long-form video can mean dozens of scenes, repeating characters, multiple locations, visual references, audio, and files spread across separate tools.
MasterTools aims to make these steps visible and connected, so creators spend less time tracking what belongs where and more time making a story feel right.
Organize a story into workable sections, meaningful beats, and scenes worth illustrating.
Maintain a clear reference for who appears, where a scene happens, and what changes over time.
Turn scene decisions into structured shot briefs, then review assets without losing the narrative order.
A WORKFLOW, NOT A MAZE
Four connected stages form the direction for the first MasterTools release.
Work in manageable sections, with every part connected to the larger story.
STORY INPUTOutline key scenes, emotional shifts, and the sequence that carries the viewer forward.
SCENE MAPPINGTrack the characters, locations, costumes, and references needed for continuity.
STORY CONTINUITYDraft image briefs and build an organized collection ready for creative review.
VISUAL PLANNING* This is the intended product workflow. The public product is currently in development.
PROJECT ROADMAP
The project starts with the practical problems in long-form, AI-assisted video production. The first goal is a small, usable workspace with a clear flow between its parts.
Share your interestShaping the script-to-scene experience and a simpler project workspace.
Reusable references that help keep long-form visual stories consistent.
Integrations for asset production and smoother transfer into an editor.
A NOTE FROM THE BUILDER
MasterTools is an independent software project based in Japan. It grew from a simple frustration: the creative process becomes harder to manage as a video project grows, even when individual AI tools are useful.
I'm building toward a calmer, more practical production experience. The product is still early, and I'd like to hear from creators who face the same problems.
